Meet Mrs. Tracie
For Tracie Bonica, teaching is a life-long passion. Born and raised in Hillsboro, Tracie is an alumni of Wonder World Preschool and Hillsboro High School.
While attending Linfield College, she earned a Bachelors in Science in Education and an Oregon Teaching License specializing in Early Education. She is also currently completing an ESOL Endorsement Program at Lewis and Clark College so that she will be able to best serve language acquisition in her classroom. She has spent countless hours teaching, volunteering, and interacting with children both inside and out of the classroom.
Outside of the classroom, Mrs. Tracie spends her free time riding and training horses. She serves as a coach for the four-time defending state champion Hilhi Equestrian Team. She also gives riding lessons to children and adults looking to learn how to respect and care for horses.
Mrs. Tracie looks forward to meeting you all this upcoming school year!

Meet Mrs. Bonica
Mrs. Bonica has 37 years of teaching experience including 25 years of
teaching Kindergarten exclusively. Mrs. Bonica will be advising
Wonder World Preschool. Mrs. Bonica's classroom, affectionately known as the Chicka-Chicka Boom room, is the most fun place to be a Kindergartener! Mrs. Bonica makes learning fun, interactive and so rewarding for her students. I have spent a great deal of time in Mrs. Bonica's classroom, learning how to make learning relevant to youngsters and just what Kindergarteners are capable of. I look forward to continuing to develop as a teacher with Mrs. Bonica's help and seeing how to make learning at Wonder World even more FUN!
